Attention New Patients!!
All new patients must complete a 15-minute complimentary discovery session via phone before scheduling their first appointment. This is necessary to discuss your health needs and complete your health history form prior to your Initial Consultation. This is also where information is obtained to enter you into the EHR (Electronic Health Record).

Most lab work is covered by insurance.
Our fees are approximately 70% lower than traditional insurance costs.
We accept all credit cards, cash, FSA and HSA cards and provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement.
